Scared Safe NOW, Inc. founder, Charnel Wright has been scared safe.  But it didn't happen overnight.  It happened during her nearly 10 years of experience as a broadcast news crime reporter.  During her countless interviews with victims, detectives, and criminals she has become more aware of the dangers women face on a daily basis.  Charnel realized that behind every crime story was a lesson to be learned about personal safety. She applies those lessons to her own life and has started Scared Safe NOW, Inc. as a way to share what she’s learned with others.  Scared Safe NOW, Inc. is an organization dedicated to keeping women safe. Through interactive seminars, Scared Safe NOW, Inc. drives home the importance of personal safety by telling the shocking stories of women who have fallen victim to violent crimes. Those stories are paired with essential safety rules and used as cautionary tales to help other women stay safe.
